Time For War!
Just the other day a tragic event took place. Nearly 250 American soldiers were killed on the USS Maine, blew up by of course the Cubans. Was this an accident? No way! They are trying to start something and we can’t just sit here and do nothing. Us Americans need to fight back and have a war once and for all! Not only are 250 of our soldiers killed but our ship is destroyed! One citizen commented, “This is outrageous, 250 of our soldiers should not be dead right now. War is a must!” The Spanish ambassador is also instigating this by calling our own President McKinley weak. We won’t let this happen, it’s time for war!
